Wal-Mart has made a generous donation to education and outreach efforts with Compact Fluorescent Lights. Wal-Mart logoWe work with local agencies to identify low-income households that would especially benefit from the long-term energy savings these CFL lights provide. Such households will receive the lights free of charge. A portion of these will be tracked for energy savings, and we will publish the savings in our 2008 – 2009 Green Living Guide for Northeast Indiana. Our thanks to Wal-Mart for making this CFL effort possible.
